Stick & Puck sessions are intended for individual hockey skill development in a safe, controlled, and non-game environment. All participants are expected to follow Iceplex rules and staff instructions at all times.

• All players must register online or check in at the Welcome Center before entering the ice.
• Players who fail to properly register or check in may be removed from the ice without refund.
• Sessions are limited capacity and available on a first come, first served basis.
• Players may only access the ice during their scheduled session time.
• Players may not enter the ice until the Zamboni has exited, nets are in place, and rink doors are closed.
• When the Zamboni horn sounds, all players and coaches must exit the ice immediately.
• All participants must leave the ice promptly at the conclusion of the session.
• Stick & Puck sessions are intended for individual skill development only.
• Organized games, scrimmages, structured team activities, or private instruction are prohibited unless specifically authorized by Iceplex management.
• Private instruction is limited to approved Iceplex coaching staff. Visiting coaches require prior approval from Iceplex management.
• Full hockey equipment is required for all participants ages 17 and under.
• For participants ages 18 and older, the minimum required equipment includes:
  • Helmet, Gloves, Shin guards, Hockey stick
• Full equipment, including facial protection, is strongly recommended for all participants regardless of age.
• Players may not remove helmets or raise face protection while on the ice surface.
• Goaltenders must wear full goalie equipment while participating.
• Slap shots may be restricted or prohibited depending on session attendance and Iceplex staff direction.
• No checking, intentional body contact, rough play, horseplay, or reckless behavior is permitted.
• Players must remain aware of others sharing the ice surface at all times.
• Shooting is permitted only toward designated nets.
• No food, gum, tobacco products, smoking, vaping, or alcohol are permitted on the ice surface or player benches.
• No spectators are permitted in player benches, penalty boxes, or restricted ice access areas.
• All rink doors must remain closed while pucks are on the ice.
• Coaching or instruction from the bleachers, benches, glass, or railings by non-approved individuals is prohibited.
• Participants are expected to assist with puck collection and return nets to designated storage areas at the conclusion of the session.
• Participants may not engage in activities that damage, alter, or interfere with the ice surface or facility property.
• Children under 12 should be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the facility.
• Profanity, harassment, bullying, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
• Guests who appear intoxicated or impaired may be denied participation or removed from the facility.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by Iceplex staff and Ice Patrol personnel at all times.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate removal from the ice or facility without refund or credit.
• Session schedules, capacities, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Locker rooms may be available for Stick & Puck participants; however, locker rooms are unsupervised by Iceplex staff. Participants and parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring personal belongings and conduct while using locker room areas. Participation in Stick & Puck activities is at your own risk.

Berger Foundation Iceplex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Iceplex staff reserve the right to interpret and enforce all session rules and facility policies in the interest of guest safety.

Pick-Up Hockey sessions are intended to provide a safe, recreational, and non-checking environment for adult participants of varying ages and skill levels.

All participants are expected to play responsibly, respect fellow players and staff, and follow all Iceplex rules and instructions at all times.

• All players must check in at the Welcome Center and have a completed waiver on file before entering the ice.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Pick-Up Hockey sessions.
• Session registrations may not be shared, transferred, or exchanged between participants without Iceplex approval.
• Players who enter the ice without registering or paying may be removed from the facility and suspended from future sessions.
• Sessions are limited capacity and available on a first come, first served basis.
• Players may only access the ice during their scheduled session time.
• Players may not enter the ice until the Zamboni has exited, nets are in place, and rink doors are closed.
• When the Zamboni horn sounds, all players must exit the ice immediately.
• All participants must leave the ice promptly at the conclusion of the session.
• Pick-Up Hockey sessions are recreational and non-checking.
• Incidental contact may occur; however, body checking or intentional physical contact is prohibited.
• Fighting or intentional physical altercations will result in immediate removal from the session and may result in suspension from future Iceplex activities.
• Participants are expected to play in a manner respectful of varying ages, skill levels, and experience.
• Organized team activities, private instruction, clinics, or commercial coaching are prohibited unless authorized by Iceplex management.
• Full hockey equipment is required for all participants, including a helmet. Full facial protection is strongly recommended.
• Goaltenders must wear full goalie equipment while participating.
• Players may not remove helmets or raise face protection while on the ice surface.
• No slap shots are permitted unless specifically authorized by Iceplex staff.
• Dangerous shooting, reckless skating, rough play, horseplay, or unsafe conduct is prohibited.
• Players must remain aware of others sharing the ice surface at all times.
• Shooting is permitted only toward designated nets.
• Nets must remain positioned on the designated ends of the rink unless otherwise directed by Iceplex staff.
• No food, gum, chewing tobacco, smoking, vaping, alcohol, or prohibited substances are permitted on the ice surface or player benches.
• Headphones or devices that prevent participants from hearing staff instructions may be restricted.
• No spectators are permitted in player benches, penalty boxes, or restricted ice access areas.
• All rink doors must remain closed while pucks are on the ice.
• Participants are expected to assist with puck collection and return nets to designated storage areas at the conclusion of the session.
• Participants may not engage in activities that damage, alter, or interfere with the ice surface or facility property.
• Guests who appear intoxicated or impaired may be denied participation or removed from the facility.
• Participants are encouraged to remain hydrated and notify staff immediately if experiencing dizziness, illness, or heat-related symptoms.
• Profanity, harassment, bullying, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by Iceplex staff and Ice Patrol personnel at all times.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate removal from the ice or facility without refund or credit.
• Session schedules, capacities, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Locker rooms may be available for Pick-Up Hockey participants; however, locker rooms are unsupervised by Iceplex staff. Participants are responsible for monitoring personal belongings and conduct while using locker room areas. Do not leave valuables unattended.

Participation in Pick-Up Hockey activities is at your own risk.
