PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is complimentary for registered guests of the Berger Foundation Iceplex.
On Acrisure Arena concert and game days, Iceplex guests must check in at the Berger Foundation Iceplex Welcome Center and provide their license plate number to validate parking for their session.
Please note:
- Parking validation is limited to the duration of the registered session, up to 3 hours
- EV Passport and ADA parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
Pets are not permitted inside the facility, with the exception of registered service animals and approved emotional support animals.
Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside all locker rooms.
General photography within public areas of the facility is permitted.
Photography or videography of Coachella Valley Firebirds players during training sessions or practices is prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by Iceplex management.
Elevators are located inside the Iceplex between the Welcome Center and the mezzanine level overlooking the Berger Foundation Iceplex rink.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, please follow all instructions provided by Iceplex staff. Emergency exits are located at all four corners of the rink.
Food and beverage service is available through the Guest Services concession counter.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except where explicitly authorized by Iceplex management. Refillable water stations are available in the hallways near the locker rooms.
Outside alcohol, including tailgating in adjacent parking areas, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in removal or suspension from the facility.
Please contact the Welcome Center regarding lost and found items.
Items not claimed within two weeks may be donated or discarded.

- Weapons of any kind
- Drones, balloons, and other flying objects
- Explosives or fireworks
- Self-defense sprays, including pepper spray, mace, or OC spray
- Aerosol cans
- Brooms, broomsticks, selfie sticks, poles, or tripods
- Laser pointers
- Cans or glass containers
- Coolers or hard-sided containers
- Masks or face coverings, except approved medical masks
- Noise makers, including whistles and air horns
- Projectiles, including beach balls, frisbees, flowers, or confetti
- Metal chains of any kind, including wallet chains
Please note: This list is not exhaustive. Berger Foundation Iceplex security staff reserve the right to prohibit any item deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.
Vending and soliciting are not permitted.
Complimentary public Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the Berger Foundation Iceplex.
